Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Upon payment and enrollment in the membership, you agree to pay the fees in the amount and manner as agreed upon during enrollment. If your purchase was completed with a payment plan, you are required to complete all remaining payments in your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis. You will continue to have full access to the membership until cancellation.

Failure to request and submit materials during the refund period for your program above will result in your waiver of rights to a refund of your fees. Upon determining that you are granted a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue a refund to its original payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control the payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

*Note: All refunds are discretionary.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement.
